Family

Dr. Sheila J. Spencer was 

born and raised in Ocala, 

Florida, currently residing in 

Orlando, Florida. Dr. Spencer 

is a Mother to three beautiful 

children (Tameka, Kelley 

and Jesse) and a Nana to 

five (5) grandchildren (Dallas, 

Austin, Aliyah, Jermaine, Jr. and Shyla).

About Dr. Sheila

Dr. Spencer is also a graduate of Grace College; there she received her Bachelor’s, Master’s and Ph.D. in divinity and theology. Dr. Spencer has been in ministry for 30 years, licensed by Bishop TD Jakes at The Potters House Church in Dallas, Taxes. Dr. Spencer embarked on her own ministerial journey, opening Times of Refreshing Christian Worship Center in 1995; the church is in 22 years of serving the community with two locations.
